You are:
- Architect, civil engineer, construction technician, draftsman
- assertive and have a high level of commitment and motivation
- think cost-consciously and see themselves as entrepreneurs in the company
- are characterized by a systematic and careful way of working
- very good written and spoken German skills
- curious and willing to undertake targeted further training
- in possession of a class B driving license
Position:
The position reports directly to the technical manager and reports to him on an ongoing basis. You are authorized to give instructions to foremen, industrial employees and subcontractors.

Job Description:
The incumbent bears overall responsibility for the implementation of
interior design projects. The role covers the following main areas:
Work preparation:
Scheduling, material disposition, material purchasing, personnel disposition, technical
clarification meetings with architects and specialist planners, planning of construction site logistics and
construction site facilities
Construction management:
Managing the construction site personnel, placing material orders on time, developing
special solutions, partly in collaboration with manufacturers, quality assurance,
monitoring deadlines, participating in regular meetings, managing all
construction site-related correspondence (notifications of obstructions, raising concerns, etc.),
documenting the construction process (construction diary / photo documentation), cost controlling of the
construction site in collaboration with the company accounting department and management.
Invoicing:
Preparing measurements, invoicing, checking and approving performance records of
installers and subcontractors, identifying, calculating and enforcing addendums,
carrying out the building acceptance.
Equipment:
The position is equipped with a modern computer workstation, including the latest smartphone, and is integrated into the internal communications system. A company car is available to the incumbent for the performance of his or her duties.
Private use of a car is permitted within the framework of company guidelines.
